Thurs 3/27

Hey all, Erin is feeling good today, just a little tired from her shopping expedition yesterday. Today we shopped again but this time for a new "do." It was hard to find just the right look. Now that the weather is turning pretty, it's no fun to wear a sock hat everywhere. It was fun! People told her she should go wild, but she didn't. Purple's not wild is it? First she thought she'd go curly like Laura, then she thought she's go super blond like Amanda, but in the end she just went for the closest thing to Erin she could find. Hopefully she won't have to wear it for too long. They say it takes 2-3 months after chemo to get your hair back. And then you never know what color or texture it will be. Purple could actually be her color, who knows?

"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?" Matthew 6:25-27

Again the Lord shows us His perfect love through His word. Love to you all, janet

I was so impressed with Ann O'Steen and her "shaving it off" for cancer...I'm thinking about putting the razor to my head, too! What a timesaver (:o

I think blue would be a good color she looks good in blue, or what about red and black like UGA she would fit right in at the ball games. Just kidding I think you look beautiful the way you are. I can't wait to see how your new hair grows in, to be able to see what we can do with it. If it does come in different it will be fun for you. Love Nikki

Have you considered the Paula Abdul look? You could always go Retro 80s? I am sure whatever look you decide upon will be a beautiful choice because you are such a beautiful girl! I think you may look great in even a shade of hot pink - a sort of homage to Cyndi Lauper if you will!

William and I attend the 11am so we will miss your big debut but do look forward to seeing you at perhaps Relay for Life and most definitely at Campmeeting.

Blessings,
