Hello Prayer Warriors,
This is the day that the Lord has made and we are rejoicing in it. Thank you for your prayers. Erin is doing fine today. We don't know what her numbers are doing but we anticipate them hitting bottom soon. She has an appt in the clinic on Tues for labs and blood infusion if needed. They will see her 2-3 times a week to check her numbers. Until we are sure they have hit bottom and headed back up again, we should not have visitors. We know there are many of you who have wanted to visit, but the flu kept you away. Thank you for your thoughtfulness! It is so important for us to keep her in "a bubble", so to speak. We will definitely let you know when the welcome sign is back out. In the meantime, she would love a phone call or e-mail to cheer her up. She does get rather bored with her present company. I don't know why... Bill and I are so fun to hang out with!! :-)
I was reading about the persistant widow this morning and was reminded just how important perserverance in prayer is to the believer. Thank you for perservering on Erin's behalf in this most difficult time of her life and ours. We are encouraged by the faith of all of you lifting us up in prayer. We cannot do this alone. God has blessed us indeed with a tremendous faith family. We love you to pieces!!! janet

And Erin, I will be home for spring break from the 13th to the 24th! That's this thursday! So once visitors are allowed again I'm gonna visit! hehe I love you Erin. Good luck in labs this week!

So glad you all could be at home to celebrate the occasion. We remain in prayer for you to get through this yucky time. Be encouraged to know how far you have already come (look at the crossed out days on your calendar.)Even though you feel weak, your courage is such a strong testament to all of us. You have impacted so many lives--both young and old--by your solid faith and perseverance. Thank you so much for sharing your journey--both the good and the bad with us. We are praying for your healing, Erin. Give your dad one of your beautiful, light-up-a-room smiles as a birthday present. He will love it!
