1/9 5 pm

Hey, An update today. Erin has had a great day. She walked 15 laps so far and had a shower, thanks to God for the little victories. Thanks to Ramonja Erin is being prayed for in Honduras and other friends are taking her name to France. I love this world wide prayer. How humbling it is to know that people all over the world are lifting her name to God. And what a mighty God we serve!! We had a visit from the mother of a patient on the transplant floor. The mother works at my hospital in the NICU, small world. Her daughter Megan was diagnosed with the same thing in Aug and she had lots to share about the experience. It's not fun to be this club but the people are so nice. Love to all, Janet

Hey Baby Girl...It's me .. Ms. Christy. I love you! Please know I am praying for you EVERY DAY. Stay strong .. keep up the laps.

I want to come and see you again but know you need your rest. I will just keep praying for you everyday and thinking of you everyday, too.

I taught Sunday School last Sunday and the lesson was Jesus meets all of our needs. I know he is meeting your needs in a very special way. Healing is on the way - I know it!

Hugs to you .... Love You! Ms. Christy

Wooooo hoooo. So glad to hear you had a good day. Lets see 15 laps, that means 6 more to go and you've made your mile!! Go girl! I guess I have a new nickname (look at your mom's post). From now on everyone will say "Geez Aunt Ramonja do you have your hat on too tight?" You are loved.
Big hugs!

Erin B,
I must say you have been my inspiration to run. I constantly pray for you while doing it, and pretty much during all other tasks throughout the day. (I pray for you silently while running, b/c we both know that running Jenna + talking Jenna = hyperventilating Jenna.) 15 laps, I am proud! I'm even more proud about the shower. I'll start making you my motivation for that task, maybe I'll wash away my BOG status!

A verse that was placed on my heart for Erin and family:
Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
-Matt 11:28-30

p.s. I have a friend praying for you guys in China.

Love, Jenna

Eunice and Herb,
Erin you are a remarkable young lady!! We are praying for you and so are the people at church. It is wonderful to have prayers from all over the world!! Keep fighting! You are doing more laps than Herb.
We want to send a card but don't know which hospital you are in. Janet, maybe you can have someone email us so we can keep in touch.

Hey Erin,

This is Rozja, Aunt Ramonja's sister, and I just wanted to say that most of the time, I think "her hat IS on too tight!"

Seriously though, we wanted you to know we're praying for you, and so is our church.

Hang in there!

Hi, Erin. This is Kimberly Simpson's mom, Susan. I wanted you to know that my Disciple IV class prayed for you today, and we will be praying everyday for you and your family as you endure this time of intense trial. Remember:
"We also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character, and character, hope." Romans 5:3-4

You have hope in Jesus Christ and the fervent prayers of so many people the world over. How humbling is that? You are so very loved!

Erin Blonshine!
I recently heard through the grapevine about you! Please add me to the list of warriors in prayer, Mom Janet! Erin, you are an amazing child of the Lord and I know He will take care of you. (Insert any emotional, empowering, and probably over-the-top Beth Moore talk here). ;)

Good Morning!
I've been researching in the Bible God's promises for us, and it is really exciting. I've read the words many times before but they've never meant as much to me as they do now.
Todays verses:
Psalm 55:22
Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you..
Matthew 18:19
Jesus said: "Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven."
WOW, that is powerful! I usually don't pray so boldly, but I'm praying Erin will be healed. With people all over the world praying I know you will get through this.
We love you, talk to you soon. :)

Hi Miss Erin
So glad to hear you had a good day--and you have already learned to make the most of them. I always knew you were a fast learner! Great news of your spinal tap results too--that means no radiation, right? I thank God daily for all the tools he had already given you and your family to help you in this journey, and I pray for your healing and lots of good days during the treatment. You are doing great! Celebrate that you are on day 7! We love you and miss you!

I talked to Dr. Ken on my way to work this morning. He was in his office planning his strategy to get you out for spring break.

My verse for today (Thursday) is great! It's all about love and Erin and the family are so loved now and always.

"Love knows no limit to its endurance, no end to its trust, no fading of its hope; it can outlast ANYTHING. Love NEVER fails!"
- 1 Cor. 13:7-8

Way to go Erin! You are doing such and awesome job and you are so strong girl! Keep it up!! Know that you are prayed for in Milledgeville, too although we are not quite as cool as Honduras. I miss your face kiddo!

Don't let your big sis short sheet you while you're there. She was famous for doing that to me when I was looking forward for some serious nap time. Love you girl! Hold tight to His loving arms.
