Sleepy saturday

Thank you for your continued prayers. Erin had a very nauseous day yesterday and so she stayed medicated all day and slept. The Emend they started for nausea seemed to help by bedtime and she slept uninterrupted all night. That's a huge praise. Amanda stayed with her last night and at first I though she probably just slept through whatever Erin was doing, but they actually did get a good rest. Erin felt good enough to take a shower today and then got nauseous and is now sleeping again. Her survivor friends, Kristen and Ellen, came to visit and brought a huge poster of Psalm 91. Awesome! Below are 2 different versions of part of Psalm 91, I think it is so cool.

"Because he loves me," says the Lord, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation." Psalm 91:14-16 NIV

""If you'll hold on to me for dear life," says God, " I'll get you out of any trouble. I'll give you the best of care if you'll only get to know me. Call me and I'll answer, be at your side in bad times; I'll rescue you , then throw you a party! I'll give you a long life, give you a long drink of salvation!" Psalm 91:14-16 The Message

God always tells us exactly what we need to here!! Blessings, janet

Hi Sweet Girl, I've been without internet for a week and just now catching up on you--that doesn't mean I haven't been praying and we continue to pray that daily miracles will be showered upon you. What a praise to know that God is bigger than all of this and has it totally under control. Lean into His arms at every turn. Please know we will do anything at all that we can for you or your family--don't be afraid to ask. We love you tons and can't wait to see you skiing behind the boat real soon. Smile for your mom to give her a lift. I pray you have a good day tomorrow.
