Erin spent the day playing with all her friends. She spent the whole day at the mall, enjoying her freedom and then we went to the movies again - same movie! I spent the day stressing. We go to Emory at 11 tomorrow to check in and they will put in her central line so they can start chemo right away. I talked to one of the nurses today and she said the soonest she would have the transplant would be 4 weeks, if they find one in the country. If they have to go international it will take longer. That is of course assuming they can get her back into remission quickly. They had a couple of meetings today to plot her course of treatment. Please pray God gives them wisdom to choose the right medicines and the perfect donor. Please also pray for the donor. It is a huge sacrifice to be a donor. We are so thankful in advance for their gift. It is humbling to think of accepting such a gift of love. I think they have rules about when or if you can get your donor's name. I think you have to wait a year. More on that later. Thanks for the prayers. We look forward to your words of encouragement.

My prayers are with all of you. I will be praying specifically for the perfect donor to appear and that all the specifics will be exactly what are needed for Erin and her situation.
and just a FYI, as soon as the DD found out about this she went in her room in search of the "Praying for Erin" button she had previously. She prays for her every night during her bedtime prayers.

We continue to lift you and your family in prayer for God's comfort and peace throughout your treatment. We will specifically be praying for the donor. God knows who, where and when. Our message at The Way on Sunday was about God as our provider. Remember, He is the God who sees. He is all-knowing and all-powerful. Well, it certainly looks like everyone is getting ready...I can see from the number of postings so far that the "prayer circle" is getting bigger...we'll just have to scoot around a bit to make room for everyone.....then we'll need to take one anothers hands.....sometimes the best part about prayer...is the build up...the antici.......pation......of knowing that the LORD....is about to move something or someone around a bit.............about to stir a heart or spirit here or there.......and deepen a walk.....and deepen a talk.......and sometimes.....while HE's there amongst us in prayer........HE simply floats around us......isn't it great when you can feel that..........I know the circle is still expanding....but I already feel HIS presence ...that precious HOLY SPIRIT....starting to encircle the warriors as they gather.......I antici....pate.......that this will be again....great glory to GOD almighty....who reigns ....and who is all powerful......come on ...squeeze in.....it's time to get started.....so, for whatever reason HE has decided to gather us again, here in this special spot.....we'll stand in agreement in prayer for healing and restoration for Erin's body ....WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!!.....
