Monday Day +79

Blessings All,
We just got back from the clinic. Erin's numbers look good but she threw up in the lobby of the clinic. Luckily, it did not set off a chain reaction among all the other cancer patients. Nausea aside, we got some very happy news. They said if she can taper off of her IV fluids, she can get her central line out before Thanksgiving. And she can wait until after the Thanksgiving holiday to have her biopsy so it doesn't ruin her holiday. We thought that was nice of them! So we are still asking for prayers for nausea, energy and good biopsy results in a few weeks. Thanks in advance for talking to God on Erin's behalf. There is nothing He likes more!! love, janet

P.S. Happy Birthday Aunt Sherry

"Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. Never be lacking in zeal but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." Romans 12:9-12

there is no doubt that Erin is one of God's chosen children. She has been such an incredible witness for me, as you all have.....we will continue to pray that the nasty nausea subsides some every day......we love you sweet Erin.

Hey Janet,
Am thinking about and praying for your family daily. Thanks for doing such a great job keeping us all informed. So glad to know that things are looking good.

Hey, Can I get your email address?
Thanks,

My friend and co-worker Renee has a word of the day calendar. October 31rst's word was :
collywobbles n:a bellyache

Sample use given: "It's no wonder you've got the collywobbles," said Ruth to her niece. "There's no Halloween candy left in your trick or treat bag!"

We shall pray that your (mega)collywobbles will GO AWAY!!!!!

Love,
The Stills

I don't know why, but I just find it awesome that Erin threw up in the waiting room. Reminds me of the time my mother fainted in the doctor's office after we kept telling them she felt faint. It was just so gratifying to see everybody leaping around, clipboards falling, rooms being cleared, looks of astonishment. aaah, yessssss. a wee bit of power.
Erin, you go, girl. you rock. you really do.
love,
Linda
