Good Morning Prayer Warriors,
Thanks so much for praying. Erin had another "not-so-very-good" night. She had 2 bouts of nausea last night and 2 more this morning. She is so discouraged because it seemed like she was improving with her nausea. We tried to lengthen the time between pain meds yesterday and I think we went too far. So now we are trying to get her pills in between bouts of nausea so they can do their jobs. It's tough. Please continue your prayers for decreased nausea and pain and increased energy. She was so looking forward to getting out of the house today. But maybe friday. Clinic all day tomorrow so that's all she can do. We have to limit her activity to one thing per day. Unfortunately, my job called and said I have to go back in 3 weeks. Please pray that Erin is ready when that time comes, me too. Of course, we will play it by ear, it things don't improve alot, we will make a plan "B". Think Bill will let me retire?? A girl can dream!!
hugs, janet
"You are forgiving and good, O Lord, abounding in love to all who call to you. Hear my prayer, O Lord; listen to my cry for mercy. In the day of my trouble I will call to you, for you will answer me." Psalm 86:5-7

Hi Erin,
I was out of town for a few days and just catching up on the blog. I thank God that you are having so many good days! Even though you are feeling a bit down today, God will bring you through it like he has before. I will be praying for you and for more and more days free of nausea and filled with fun activities to come. You are rocking the treadmill!!
Love, Brittany
Good Day Sunshine (did you know when you put Erin and Blon> together you get Sun),
So we went a whole hour yesterday on the treadmill, I am pretty impressed. You planning on running a Marathon when this is all over and done. Sorry you had a bad night last night. Still praying for you. Press on with the healing.

phew, I can sure imagine how ready you are to get rid of that medication! you will, you absolutely will. and I think your eagerness to be shed of it shows just how much you're healing.
as the saying goes, no pain, no gain.
the other part of that saying is, ##*%#!!
hang in there, kiddo.
Erin;
You are making great progress! Just a few more little bumps in the road, but you are sooooo on the way to healing! And I praise and thank God for all the victories. Now if only I could do an hour on the treadmill! You continue to inspire me, so I think I'm going to try to keep up with you in the days ahead.
Janet; three weeks or three months it's going to be hard to go back to work, it will almost be like the first day of school all over again! God has gotten Erin this far I know He will continue to take care of her. I just wish I was there to make it easier for both of you. Love ya bunches!
Erin,
Praying that you continue to heal. Remember God's timing is perfect - he'll stop the nausea and setbacks when it is safe for you to be out and about. There are a lot of nasty germs floating around right now! In the meantime, I'll pray for you to find ways to divert the stir-crazyness. If you need a change of scenery, I have a swing under my deck that that overlooks a swamp (aka backyard) and the Sweat's Koi pond.
Janet,
I know God will provide whatever care Erin needs when your time to go back to work comes. I'll pray for peace for you and that you don't cry like when we drop our babies off at daycare or put them on the school bus for the first time. You are amazing!
In Christ Love, Tracy Bishop
Praying that tonight will be much better...seems like you are approaching the problem in a way both faith-filled and logical...heart and mind. That should do the trick!
Much love,
The Stills
