Day +26

Dear Prayer Warriors, What a nice night Erin had, we both slept good for a change. The nurse still came in a lot but Erin wasn't waking up in pain or trying to find a comfortable position... she just slept. Maybe the fresh air did her some good. We went outside the last 2 days for a little fresh air. We just found a bench under a big tree and watched the people walk by. That is such a fun thing to do. She walked her 2 miles again yesterday and her energy and spunk are definitely making a comeback. Her labs continue in the right direction and we couldn't be more thankful to our Sweet Lord for His healing. Some of the Drs are just chalking it up to youth but we all know it was a faithful God's Divine Intervention!! Erin has been in the lion's den, in the fiery furnace, in the belly of that whale and God saw her need and brought her through for His Glory. Thanks be!!
We are still looking at getting out of here by sat. I told them we had a game to watch from home!! Thanks for your prayers!! We don't have any weight lose to report today. They stopped the albumin/lasix combo since she is almost back to where she started, so I don't look for anymore gigantic losses but we are thankful she no longer has so much fluid discomfort! Wow, what a crazy thing that was! Hope you have a blessed day! hugs, janet

"Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent his angel and rescued his servants! They trusted in him and defied the king's command and were willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God." Daniel 3:28

"I issue a decree that in every part of my kingdom people must fear and reverence the God of Daniel. For he is a living God and he endures forever; his kingdom will not be destroyed, his dominion will never end. He rescues and he saves; he performs signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth. He has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions." Daniel 6:26-27

"'When my life was ebbing away, I remembered you, Lord, and my prayer rose to you, to your holy temple. Those who cling to worthless idols forfeit the grace that could be theirs. But I, with a song of thanksgiving, will sacrifice to you. What I have vowed I will make good. Salvation comes from the Lord." And the Lord commanded the fish, and it vomited Jonah onto dry land."

Our God rescues!! Amen

\o/PRAISE, JESUS!! \o/
May He clearly hear ALL our shouts to His healing breath having come over Erin--we are so grateful for His mightiness, steadfastness, comfort...and the list can go on and on.
To Him be the Glory! FOREVER

(You were lifted in prayer during last night's "CHICKS with STICKS" at the prayer shawl ministry...'clicking away on our projects' and then praying for our church's "4-page" prayer list...and also in our Disciple3 class yesterday morning)
"We are thankful in EVERY remembrance of YOU!"

Yes indeed, God rescues!! What an incredible example you all have been of how we need to rest in Him for our existence--minute by minute. I am literally dancing around the house in praise to God's glory--yes, Stephen thinks I have lost my mind. You go girl--keep up the walking and we will all pray that you are home by kick off! We love you!

Glory, Glory, Hallelujah!!!

Save up some energy for the "happy dance" when you step foot at home...sweet home. Or, you could call it a "homecoming dance"...I mean you are a teacher and all...get it? Homecoming...school...the dance...and a Saturday football game! I know, corny, but couldn't help it.

Keep up the good work over there and we will continue to praise God and pray for your complete healing. Love you Miss Erin,

Ted & Kathy

YAY!!! Praise God today for such wonderful news! I am so thankful, and yet, not surprised, because we KNOW what our God is capable of. Go Erin on walking 2 miles!
John 16:33
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
Love you guys!!

Awesome News!!!

BTW - Tech does not play on Saturday. They played last night and beat Clemson in the last seconds of the game. What a kicker they have? Throws touchdown passes and kicks game winning field goals. Looks like you will get to rest when you get home Saturday afternoon. If you feel liking walking on Saturday afternoon in a big crowd, Call Nancy. Ya'll can do the Yellow Daisy Festival. My Doctor won't let me go. What an awesome Dr I have!!!

Erin, - You go girl!!! Time to go home!!!

In Christ's Love
