Happy Tuesday Prayer Warriors,
What beautiful weather, crisp fall morning, breezy blustery day. Love it. Erin is feeling well, we had another quick trip to the clinic for labs. Her prograf is still very high and they said it might be from interference with one of the other meds she takes. So we will work on balancing it all out for the greatest benefit. Other than that, I don't have much to report and I am thrilled to say that! No news is good news right? Thank you all so much for your prayers and encouragement. We know how blessed we are and are constantly praising God for every normal detail in our lives. Hope you enjoy your blustery day too. love, janet

So, yesterday I thought and thought about a recipe I could share with you. Then I realized everything I cook comes from a box!
There is my dad's chicken & rice recipe however. It's pretty good! I'll email it to you.

It is wonderful for Erin to feel like doing something and feeling better. The Lord is good!!!
Recipe: Corn Pudding
1 can cream corn
1 can whole corn (don't drain)
1 8oz sour cream
1 stick butter
1 box Jiffy Mix Cornbread
Preheat oven 350 - Mix together and pour in 8x13 pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Delicious!!
