Sun 7/6

Blessings bloggers, We are exhausted after watching the Wimbledon men's finals. Wow, what a match. Erin is feeling fine. Her eyes are a little hazy today. Don't know what that means but please pray that it clears up. We have been debating how long to keep up the blog. I guess we will keep it up a while longer, maybe go to once a week after this week. Is that o.k.? I can't tell you what a wonderful support this blog has been to us and what a great tool to keep everyone informed. It has been a ministry to us to receive your loving encouragement and to share our miracles and blessings as well. Thank you all for all the prayers. Please keep it up until we get the all clear from Emory. They will do a final bone marrow biopsy in a month. Then we only have 5 years until they say she's cured!! :-) I guess the relapse rate declines each year until the 5th year. Then it is the same as the average person. Maybe we can take a deep breath then, in 2013. Crazy isn't it? Actually my heart has been sure of her healing since the end of March. Now we just have to sit back and see what God has planned for Erin to do with this experience. hugs, janet

We appreciate your letting us know what is going on. Once a week is okay with us and we will appreciate that information as well.

Thanks for keeping us posted so diligently Janet and Bill...we know what we need to be praying for ... and part of that will be getting some normalcy back into your lives, including not needing to 'post' daily.

We are still reading the blog and appreciate you keeping us so informed for so long (it's one of my "bookmarks"), but we can go through a slight withdrawal period, and I'm sure we'll be just fine. I mean, if there's no blog, that means Erin is better, so it would be worth a few shakes!!

Take is easy and we'll keeping praying for complete recovery.

We so appreciate the upkeep that you guys have maintained on this blog....it's really helped us as far as knowing what to pray and when.......I think we can all agree that whether or not the blog is here....we have grown so accustomed to lifting Erin, that it will be easy to continue until the 5 year mark is made.......and we agree...this has been a wonderful thing to share between brothers and sisters.....I for one am grateful to God for this experience, and for the joy at watching HIS hands at work in Erin and all of you.............thank you .......we love you guys!!! Can't wait to see you at Campmeeting!!!

Praise God Erin is finally done with the chemo. I am sorry I have not commented too often, but I do read the blog regularly and like it becuase I know specifically how to pray for Erin and the family. I pray a lot for mom & dad, too! I know this has been a long, hard ordeal but I know as you do that God has a wonderful way of taking something bad and turning it into something great. I can't wait to see what is next for you Erin.
