Hello prayer warriors, Erin is doing o.k. today. She had labs done and her platelets were 7. Yes, just 7. So needless to say she got a unit of platelets. The nurse today told us they usually want her platelets up to 50 before they will consider taking out her line. So please pray for a huge jump in her numbers so she can get rid of this line. Other than that all is well. So again we wait on God's perfect timing and praise Him for his divine intervention on Erin's behalf. Each detail has been covered, each need taken care of before it is even known. What an awesome God we serve!! love to you, janet

Happy Day After the Fourth! Glad you got the platelets you needed today so that you can continue to recover Erin. We will pray those numbers up so you can get that central line out. And hey, if you want to swim even after the weather turns cool, don't worry, we can help. Our heater malfunctioned about a month ago and our pool got up to 93 degrees one evening. {Please don't ask what the gas bill was. Guess a number and it was about 4 times as much as that...)

Continue to rest and to realize that chemo is done... fine`... all over... however you want to say "goodbye" chemo.
That line will be out before you know it and your independence will be for real!
