Mon 7/7

Hello prayer warriors, Thanks for your support. I was beginning to sense a mutiny about cutting back on the blog, but we need to wean ourselves, so starting sat we will go to once a week. You all have been so wonderful to love Erin enough to even want to read all the blogs we have written. Erin had another good day. Her eyes are still a concern. She says they feel like she just got out of a clorine pool, sorta stinging and hurting. They have kept her on steroid drops during each chemo session, probably to prevent this side effect. So we made an eye Dr appt for friday. Please pray that her eyes clear up soon. Also please keep praying for outstanding numbers for wed so she can get her line out. She is so anxious to be done with that line. We are grateful for all your prayers. Your love has lifted our hearts and kept us focused on God. Thank you all , janet

Thank you for allowing us the blessing of being a part of this journey with you. I feel certain that it has drawn many into a closer walk with Him! Your positive attitude has been and will continue to be an inspiration to many. Also your transparency and allowing us into your daily prayer concerns has been touching! You are one loved family... rightfully so! Erin, we are so happy for your healing and know that God will continue to restore your strength daily! Call me anytime you want to walk!
Lots of love,
Kristie

I'm so happy, I don't have to go cold turkey, with this blog! :) Every day I check in to see how you all are doing. I know I have been blessed and have grown closer to the Lord because of Erin, this blog and being able to witness real faith in action!
I love you bunches! See you in 3.5 days! Aunt Debbie

I couldn't say it any better than Kristie, but I wanted you all to know how much I appreciate you. I continue to be amazed at how God has delivered a daily message through you to the rest of us! You won't find a better source of daily scripture selections than that on the blonshine blog! Everyday you present a verse that so perfectly fits the praises and concerns for that day. I know that this is possible through a strong relationship with our Lord. Thank you so much for your willingness to have God speak to us through you and your experiences.

We will continue to pray for the entire family, but mostly for Erin as she begins what will seem to her as another rebirth! This time, though, she will have an insight that will beg her to see more clearly the life that God wants for her to experience. Praise God and His wonderful Son who love us unconditionally and eternally!

Love, Susan Simpson

Praying for Erin's vision to clear... I know that is scary and I'm sorry you are having that to be concerned about on top of everything. Praying also for EXCELLENT numbers this week!

Your blogging has been such a blessing - I wish I could be back in GA more often to witness first hand the miracle of God's healing. It is wonderful though to know that the prayers of God's people are always answered, and that the chemo is finally over.

You will continue to be in my prayers an I am hopeful to see you when I come home in a few weeks! We should start planning the party for 2013 - it'll be the party of the Century!

Blessings & Love,
Thomas

Isn't it wonderful to see and be a part of a trial becoming a blessing...those reading, praying and relying on God's Word is their obedience in action and God blesses it in so many wonderful ways...reconvicting those saved, evangelizing to those exploring the possibility, and being a calming salve to ANY suffering through a life struggle.

What a blessing to visit often and read Christ's church reaching out in love and pouring their hearts out through the keys of their laptops...from their fingertips through His love for His Glory!!
Thank you, Jesus, for coming and teaching how to REALLY love each other!

Praying for calm eyes and continued healing. XXXX & 000000s

As Kristie so elegantly put it - thanks so much for allowing us to share this 7 month journey with you as it was such a blessing to be included in seeing just how amazing our God is and how he is able to heal us when we really need it.

We will continue to pray for strong numbers so that at long last Erin can lose that line and we will also await news from the eye doctor's office. We will also continue to raise the Blonshine's name in constant prayer and thoughts. This has been such a journey for you and am sure you are ready for the next five years to go by so rapidly --- as Thomas stated "that willl be the Party of the Century!" and the Prayer Warriors will anxiously be awaiting that date as well!

We just praise God for Erin's healing and the fact that she will be among her peers in no time -- August is just around the bend, believe it or not! We are also hopeful that she will be able to attend at least one night of campmeeting!

I go in for surgery on July 24th and I know that Erin will be serving as my source of strength and encouragment before and after the surgery -- Thank you Erin for being such an amazing source of strength and faith!

Love and Prayers,
