Blessings Prayer Warriors,
We are so comforted by your prayers. Every day we count you among our blessings, knowing you are giving your time to intervene for Erin.
Erin had a much better evening after I wrote you yesterday. She actually ate a reasonable dinner, praise God! We were so relieved and hopeful that her rough days might be lightening up. Her labs were good today and they suggested some rearranging of her pills to keep the nausea down. We are hoping that works! She is going to stay on IV fluids at home for at least another week. They said it might be a little Graft vs. Host causing the nausea. but frankly I don't know, since she has always had it. It just gets worse, then better, then worse again.
I got some extremely good news yesterday about my job. I talked to HR and they said they can extend my personal leave for a full year from my first FMLA date. In other words, I don't have to quit completely, I will just extend my leave and see what's available when I am ready to go back to work. Thank you Lord!! What a relief!
So, you see, God is in the details!! Cool! Hope you are relying on a gracious God to bless the details of your life as well. hugs, janet

"Bring joy to your servant, for to you. O Lord, I lift up my soul. You are forgiving and good, O Lord, abounding in love to all who call to you." Psalm 86:4-5

Janet that is wonderful news about your job. What a lesson for all of us on relying on God to take care of everything!

We keep on praying for Erin. I'm hoping that those days of nausea become less and less and further apart so she can get her strength back. We are looking forward to the days we see you all back at church.

Praise the Lord for better news.....Monday's blog really had us worried. We will not pray any less for you and sweet Erin, but our fear has subsided a bit. May she continue to have tummy improvements and less pain all the way around. And the job news was incredible! He has His hand in everything.....I guess we all need to learn patience to see it !!!!! We love you Erin.

Hi Blonshines! I'm so happy to hear that Erin had a better evening yesterday. We are praying that those good days continue and that the new medications can get Erin's stomach back on track!

What wonderful news about your job too! God is in the details and it's amazing to see Him take care of our needs. I guess those poor pregnant ladies will have to be birthing babies without you for a while.... although Rebecca and Elizabeth told me they don't recommend that!!! :o)
I agree with Annette. We are looking forward to the days when we can see your smiley faces back at church!!!

Love to you all!
